Last month we wrote how Dave, one of our brilliant volunteers, planned to run the 64 mile Paddy Buckley Round in North Wales. We’re now delighted to confirm that he completed the incredible feat on the weekend of June 15/16.

A Streetsport volunteer is taking on the momentous challenge of running a 64 mile route, compromising of 47 summits and 28,000 feet of ascent, in under 24 hours.

The Denis Law Legacy Trust’s flagship programme, Streetsport, included a special nutrition event at their regular Friday session at Northfield’s Bill Burr astro pitch.

The Denis Law Legacy Trust were delighted to learn that Streetsport has been included in a prestigious list that celebrates the everyday impact that universities have on people’s lives and their communities.

In the final months of 2018 we welcomed Glenda into the Streetsport team after she’d approached us about doing some volunteering. Glenda, from Peru, was keen to get involved with an organisation that shared her beliefs and interests before returning home in January.
