*The Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is managed by Disclosure Scotland. It helps ensure people who are unsuitable to work with children and protected adults cannot do regulated work with these vulnerable groups. You can find out more here.

We use the information submitted in this form to primarily run our programmes safely. Personal details such as medical conditions and nationality are also gathered for statistical data in order to improve our programmes and be shared with funding partners - participant or emergency contact names will never be shared. You can find more information on our volunteer policy here.

Any media content captured may be used, with volunteer permission, in a variety of different ways from online to print material. Any content including a participant’s profile will only ever be used by us in a positive manner. Content captured is owned by Denis Law Legacy Trust and may be shared with external media.
